\n1. Skj\u00e6r kj\u00f8ttet i mindre biter (va 2-3 cm tykke) og brun det i en varm panne med olje i et par-tre minutter. Ha kj\u00f8ttet over p\u00e5 en tallerken, krydre med salt og pepper og dekk til med aluminiumfolie (Legg ogs\u00e5 et kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndkle over, slik at kj\u00f8ttet bevarer varmen).
\n2. Ha sm\u00f8r i pannen og brun champignonene hele (dersom de er litt store, deler du dem i enten to eller fire biter, alt etter \u00f8nske). Skj\u00e6r l\u00f8k i strimler og ha i pannen. brun det hele til b\u00e5de l\u00f8k og sopp blir gylne i fargen.
\n3. Ha kraft, Worcestersaus, chipotle tabasco og tomatpur\u00e9 i pannen. Tilsett kj\u00f8ttet (inkludert kraften som har sivet ut p\u00e5 tallerkenen) og r\u00f8r inn to-tre ss r\u00f8mme.
\n4. Skru platen p\u00e5 lav-medium varme og la det surre under lokk mens du koker ris.<\/p>\n
