Det er s\u00e5 mye godt \u00e5 lage til jul, og for \u00e5 v\u00e6re litt original har jeg g\u00e5tt noe bort fra de mest tradisjonelle smakene. Pepperkakene er likevel med, og etter litt inspirasjonsleting p\u00e5 nett ble det konstruert noe s\u00e5 deilig som disse stekefrie porsjonsdessertene – Gingerbread Pies with Peanut & Creme Cheese Filling<\/p>\n

Ingredienser til ca 8-10 sm\u00e5 porsjoner (ca 4-5 cm diameter pr form)
\nTidsbruk ca 30 min<\/p>\n

250 g Pepperkaker
\n125 g Sm\u00f8r
\n125 g M\u00f8rk sjokolade
\n75 g Pean\u00f8tter
\n2 1\/2 dl \u00d8kologisk “Green Choice” Crunchy Pean\u00f8ttsm\u00f8<\/a>r
\n250 g Kremost
\n2 dl Melis
\n2 dl Kremfl\u00f8te<\/p>\n


\n1. Smuldre pepperkaker i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin (evt ha dem i en pose, legg et kj\u00f8kkenh\u00e5ndkle rundt og bank med f.eks kjevle eller klubbe)
\n2. Smelt sm\u00f8r og ha dette i sammen med pepperkakene. Bland til jevnt fordelt.
\n3. Fordel blandingen p\u00e5 de 8-10 formene og press lett slik at du f\u00e5r en glatt overflate. (Ikke press for hardt, da sm\u00f8ret f\u00f8rer til at bunnen stivner ved avkj\u00f8ling.)
\n4. Sett de sm\u00e5 formene til avkj\u00f8ling i kj\u00f8leskap\/p\u00e5 kaldt sted mens du forbereder de \u00f8vrige ingrediensene.
\n5. Smelt sjokoladen enten i mikro eller over vannbad. og hakk klart pean\u00f8tter i passe biter.
\n6. Ha pean\u00f8ttsm\u00f8r og kremost i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin (obs! husk \u00e5 benytt “vispe” funksjonen) og bland godt.
\n7. Tilsett melis i et par omganger.
\n8. Pisk kremf\u00f8lte i en bolle og tilsett ca 1\/3 i blandingen slik at den l\u00f8sner noe i konsistens.
\n9. Tilsett pean\u00f8ttsm\u00f8rblandingen litt-og-litt i resten av kremfl\u00f8ten. Vend forsiktig inn, slik at du til slutt f\u00e5r en luftig pean\u00f8ttkrem. Ha dette over i en spr\u00f8ytepose.
\n10. Ta formene med pepperkakebunn frem og fordel de hakkede pean\u00f8ttene og ca 1 ts smeltet sjokolade i hver form.
\n11. Fordel pean\u00f8ttkremen i hver form ved \u00e5 benytte en spr\u00f8ytepose.
\n12. Pynt med knuste pepperkaker, smeltet \/ hakket sjokolade og\/eller pean\u00f8tter.<\/strong>
