\n1. Del Gulr\u00f8tter p\u00e5 langs i 4 deler og ha i en varm panne med litt sm\u00f8r, salt og pepper. Etter ca 5 min har du de over i en ildfast form (evt benytt en st\u00e5lpanne du kan sette rett inn i ovnen) og stek p\u00e5 ca 200’C i 15 min, el til gylne og al dente.
\n2. Kutt av toppene p\u00e5 hvitl\u00f8kene og krydre med salt og pepper f\u00f8r du tar ca 1\/2 ts sm\u00f8rklatt p\u00e5 toppen. Sett i ovnen sammen med gulr\u00f8ttene ca 10-15 min. (De skal ikke bli m\u00f8rke, bare lett gylne)
\n3. Hakk r\u00f8dl\u00f8k, sylteagurk og traneb\u00e6r i sm\u00e5 biter og ha i en bolle sammen med kj\u00f8ttet.
\n4. Ha timian, rosmarin og eineb\u00e6r i en varm panne i ca 20 sek f\u00f8r de moses i en morter, alternativt kuttes i mindre biter f\u00f8r de blandes med kj\u00f8ttet.
\n5. Pisk ett egg og ha i ca 2 ss kaldt vann. Bland i bollen med kj\u00f8tt og krydre med salt og pepper. Bland deigen godt til alle ingredienser er godt fordelt. (Jeg synes dette er best \u00e5 gj\u00f8re for h\u00e5nd, men benytt gjerne en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin.)
\n6. Del deigen i to og form to like tykke stykker.
\n7. S\u00f8rg for \u00e5 ha en varm stekepanne\/grillpanne klar og dryss i litt olje el sm\u00f8r f\u00f8r du legger kj\u00f8ttstykkene i.
\n8. Stek til \u00f8nsket stekegrad p\u00e5 middels-sterk varme. Ca 3-4 min p\u00e5 hver side = medium\/medium +.. (Dette kommer helt an p\u00e5 hvor tykke stykker du har laget.)
\n9. Legg burgerne i aluminiumfolie mens du forbereder resten.
\n10. Kutt aromasopp i 4 skiver og stek gylne i panne med sm\u00f8r, salt og pepper sammen med hele, sm\u00e5 champignoner.
\n11. Varm burgerbr\u00f8dene et par minutter i ovnen f\u00f8r du sm\u00f8rer p\u00e5 med ca 1 ss sm\u00f8reost p\u00e5 hver av br\u00f8ddelene (Totalt ca 4 ss)
\n12. Topp med stekt sopp, burgerkj\u00f8tt, plommesyltet\u00f8y og persille f\u00f8r du setter p\u00e5 br\u00f8dlokket.
\n13. Fordel gulr\u00f8tter og hvitl\u00f8k til hver porsjon f\u00f8r servering. <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nLag gjerne en form med ovnsbakte gr\u00f8nnsaker av potet, sellerirot, r\u00f8dbeter, gulr\u00f8tter, k\u00e5lrot, hvitl\u00f8k etc og dryss over med olivenolje, salt, pepper og \u00f8nskede krydder (rosmarin, timian ..) og bak i ovnen ca 25 min!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
