\n1\/2 dl Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ -Hickory & Brown Sugar
\n4-6 Skiver blue cheese
\n1 Stilk stangselleri
\n1 Gulrot
\n1 Neve ruccola
\n1\/2 R\u00f8dl\u00f8k<\/p>\n


\n1. Stek Chiabattaene i ovn og del i to.
\n2. Ha deretter ca 250 g revet svinekj\u00f8tt i en varm panne sammen med BBQ sauce. Ta av platen n\u00e5r kj\u00f8ttet er gjennomvarmet.
\n3. Riv en stilk selleri og en gulrot med et \u00abjulienne-rivjern\u00bb slik at du f\u00e5r tynne strimler og kutt r\u00f8dl\u00f8k i tynne skiver.
\n4. Fordel Kj\u00f8tt p\u00e5 begge br\u00f8dunderdelene og topp med \u00f8nsket mengde blue cheese
\n5. Plasser p\u00e5 stekeplate under grill i ovnen til osten er smeltet.
\n6. Topp med BBQ sauce, selleri, gulrot og ruccola.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n1 ts Salt
\n1 ts Hvit pepper<\/p>\n

Tilberedning av svinenakke
\n1. Kutt hver r\u00f8dl\u00f8k i 4 deler og skrell hvitl\u00f8ksfeddene f\u00f8r du har dem i Crock-Pot gryten.
\n2. Hell p\u00e5 vann og la st\u00e5 mens du forbereder kj\u00f8ttet.
\n3. Bland krydderet og hell det p\u00e5 en st\u00f8rre flate\/fjel.
\n4. T\u00f8rk av kj\u00f8ttet og rull det i krydderblandingen til det er helt dekket, f\u00f8r du bruner det lett i en panne.
\n5. Legg kj\u00f8ttet i Crock-Pot\u2019en og sett p\u00e5 h\u00f8y varmei ca 5 timer, til du ser at kj\u00f8ttet faller lett fra hverandre. (\u00d8nsker du at kj\u00f8ttet skal koke mens du f.eks er p\u00e5 jobb kan du sette p\u00e5 lav varme i ca 8-9 t.
