\n1. Pisk mykt sm\u00f8r og sukker til sm\u00f8rkrem. (Blandingen skal ha blitt b\u00e5de lysere og mer luftig)
\n2. p\u00e5 lav hastighet blander du inn sirup, natron og vaniljesukker.
\n3. Tilsett til sist siktet hvetemel litt-og-litt.
\n4. Kna deigen sammen til du f\u00e5r en jevn deig.
\n5. Del deigen i 4 like store deler og rull 4 p\u00f8lser. (Ca 3 cm h\u00f8y *45 cm lang el lengden p\u00e5 stekeplaten)
\n6. Legg rullene p\u00e5 en stekeplate med bakepapir og klem dem litt ned.
\n7. Stek midt i ovnen p\u00e5 175*C varmluft i 10-12 min \/ 180*C over og undervarme i ca 15-17 min
\n8. Ta stekebrettet ut av ovnen og plasser p\u00e5 flatt underlag. Benytt et pizzahjul til \u00e5 dele kakene p\u00e5 skr\u00e5 mens de fortsatt er varme. Start i ett hj\u00f8rne og jobb deg utover. Da er det enklest \u00e5 f\u00e5 til like store biter. Bredde pr kake, ca 3 cm

\nDu lager enkelt en kanelversjon ved \u00e5 tilsette 1-2 ts kanel i deigen og str\u00f8 litt over hver p\u00f8lse f\u00f8r steking. Passer ypperlig til til iskrem og kaffe!<\/p>\n
