\n1. Kok opp vann, rengj\u00f8r og steriliser syltet\u00f8yglassene.
\n2. Rens og evt skyll b\u00e6rene fri for b\u00f8ss. Legg b\u00e6rene i en bolle og tilsett saft fra lime\/sitron og brunt sukker.
\n3. Mos b\u00e6rene sammen med de \u00f8vrige ingrediensene og tilsett revet fruktskall av lime\/sitron til slutt.
\n4. Ha p\u00e5 glass og server med grovt br\u00f8d.

\nKokt syltet\u00f8y:
\n1. Rengj\u00f8r glass.
\n2. Skrell vekk det ytterste laget av rabarbrastilkene og del i ca 1 cm stor biter.
\n3. Skrell og del eplene i ca like stor biter og ha i en kjele sammen med rabarbra, vann, sukker og kanel.
\n4. Kok opp og tilsett saften fra \u00bd sitron. La putre p\u00e5 middels-lav varme i ca 20 min f\u00f8r du har syltet\u00f8yet p\u00e5 glass.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
