\n1 1\/2 dl Olivenolje
\n1 dl Solt\u00f8rkee tomater (hakket)
\n1\/2 ts Salt
\n1 klype Cayennepepper
\n4 fedd Hvitl\u00f8k
\nRosmarin og Timian
\n
\nKyllingfilet (antall etter \u00f8nske)
\n
\nMyntedipp:
\n1\/2 beger Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche
\n2 ss Mynte (fersk og hakket)
\n1 ts Olivenolje
\n1\/4 Saft fra sitron
\nSalt og pepper
\n<\/p>\n

Foccaccia:
\n1. Bland gj\u00e6r og honning\/sukker med vann i en bolle – sett til side mens du blander Hvetemel, salt, cayennepepper og solt\u00f8rkede tomater i en egen bolle.
\n2. Tilsett gj\u00e6rblandingen og 1\/2 dl olivenolje. Deigen skal v\u00e6re noks\u00e5 klissete, men ikke rennende.
\n3. tett bollen med f.eks. plastfolie og en tallerken og hev deigen til dobbel st\u00f8rrelse.
\n4. Mens deigen hever, bland resten av olivenoljen (1 dl) med knust hvitl\u00f8k, rosmarin og timian.
\n5. Kle en bakeform med h\u00f8ye kanter med bakepapir og dryss litt olje i bunnen. N\u00e5r deigen har hevet ferdig velter du denne ut i formen. Dypp fingrene i olje f\u00f8rst, s\u00e5 er det enklere \u00e5 fordele deigen. Press deigen lett p\u00e5 plass og avslutt med \u00e5 lage “dumper” med fingrene. La heve ca 15 min.
\n6. Hell oljeblandingen over deigen og avslutt med fingersalt.
\n7. Stekes p\u00e5 225*C i ca 25-30 min (Foccacciaen skal v\u00e6re gyllen og spr\u00f8 b\u00e5de p\u00e5 topp og bunn, s\u00e5 husk og f\u00f8lge med!)
\n8. Ta foccaccaen ut av formen og avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist f\u00f8r du skj\u00e6rer i den.
