\n1 dl Nypresset appelsinjuice

\n2 ss Hvitvinseddik
\n1 ts Honning (evt brunt sukker)

\n1. Lag en blanding av Valmuefr\u00f8, salt og pepper i en br\u00f8dpose. Del kyllingfiletene i mindre, passende biter, ha dem i posen med krydderblandingen og rist til kyllingbitene er jevnt dekket.
\n2. Vask og klargj\u00f8r spinaten i en serveringsbolle.
\n3. Gj\u00f8r klar en panne p\u00e5 middels-h\u00f8y varme og legg i kyllingen n\u00e5r pannen er varm. Brun kyllingen til bitene har f\u00e5tt en gyllen overflate og er gjennomstekt.
\n4. Tilsett aspargesb\u00f8nner i pannen. N\u00e5r disse har myknet noe, press saften av en halv appelsin i pannen. Vend om kylling og aspargesb\u00f8nner, slik at disse ikke setter seg fast i pannen. Sett til side.
\n5. N\u00e5r noe avkj\u00f8lt, bland kylling og aspargesb\u00f8nner med spinat og dryss over den ferdiglagde dressingen.

\nBland appelsinjuice, vann, hvitvinseddik, og honning i et glass med lokk. Tilsett en klype fingersalt og nykvernet pepper.
