N\u00e5r det er ruskev\u00e6r, smaker det alltid litt ekstra godt med en varmende suppe. Skal du ha gjester er det ogs\u00e5 en enkel og fin ting \u00e5 lage, da du ikke beh\u00f8ver \u00e5 st\u00e5 p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenet i en evighet, og heller kan ta deg av bes\u00f8ket. I dag hadde jeg litt kokosmelk til overs og tenkte at det sikkert hadde v\u00e6rt godt i en suppe. Det resulterte i en blomk\u00e5lsuppe med valmuefr\u00f8 og hjemmelagde krutonger. Det ble veldig godt og krutongene var en fin kontrast til en glatte suppen. Blomk\u00e5l har ikke s\u00e5 mye smak i seg selv, s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r fint \u00e5 tilsette bacon, sopp o.l. dersom man \u00f8nsker en suppe med noe ekstra.<\/p>\n

\n1. Kutt blomk\u00e5l i mindre biter, hakk l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k og kok opp i vann tilsatt en buljongterning.
\n2. Kok gr\u00f8nnsakene til m\u00f8re p\u00e5 middels varme, tilsett kokosmelk og fl\u00f8te og s\u00f8rg for et lite oppkok f\u00f8r du har suppen over i en blender el benytt stavmikser til \u00e5 lage pur\u00e9. (Ta gjerne ut noen blomk\u00e5lbiter til \u00e5 ha i suppen senere.)
\n3. Lag krutonger: Kutt chiabatta\/br\u00f8d i terninger p\u00e5 ca 1 cm. Varm en panne og ha i olivenolje sammen med br\u00f8dterningene. vend terningene slik at de alle blir dekket av olje. Rist krutongene p\u00e5 middels-h\u00f8y varme. Finkutt timianstilker og hvitl\u00f8k. N\u00e5r krutongene har f\u00e5tt litt farge har du i timian, hvitl\u00f8k og et dryss med fingersalt. La st\u00e5 p\u00e5 varm plate i ca 2 min f\u00f8r pannen settes til siden.
