Dette er vanligvis et sm\u00f8rbr\u00f8d som serveres som lett snacks eller til ettermiddags-teen f\u00f8r hovedm\u00e5ltidet senere p\u00e5 kvelden. Fordi agurk ogs\u00e5 kan v\u00e6re svalende p\u00e5 varme dager, blir agurksm\u00f8rbr\u00f8d som oftest servert i l\u00f8pet av sommerm\u00e5nedene. <\/p>\n

\n1. Bland Olivenolje, r\u00f8dvinseddik, honning, grovhakket dill og fingersalt i en mellomstor bolle.
\n2. Skj\u00e6r 6 agurkskiver p\u00e5 skr\u00e5tt, slik at du f\u00e5r litt st\u00f8rre skiver enn normalt og skj\u00e6r r\u00f8dl\u00f8k p\u00e5 langs i tynne strimler. Ha dette i bollen sammen med vinagretten, vend godt sammen og la st\u00e5 i 5 min. Husk \u00e5 vende litt p\u00e5 blandingen innimellom.
\n3. Skj\u00e6r tre skiver rugbr\u00f8d og sm\u00f8r ca 1 ss naturell kremost per skive. Del skivene p\u00e5 skr\u00e5tt og legg 1 agurkskive pr halvdel. Fordel r\u00f8dl\u00f8k og dill og topp med litt fingersalt, grovmalt pepper og dill.
