Grillsesongen er i gang, og da er det godt \u00e5 kunne variere med forskjellig tilbeh\u00f8r. Det meste gj\u00f8r seg godt p\u00e5 grillen eller i grillpannen, s\u00e5 her er det kun fantasien som setter grenser. jeg sier dette ofte, men det er S\u00c5 sant! Vi kjenner alle til klassikeren med asparges og spekeskinke. Min vri er \u00e5 bytte skinken med squash og sopp! Forskjellige teksturer og smaker, som passer perfekt til det du velger \u00e5 grille av kj\u00f8tt, fisk eller fugl. Denne retten passer ogs\u00e5 fint som en forrett med litt revet parmesan til.<\/p>\n

\n1. Kok opp en kjele med vann og sett til siden ved oppkos. Ha iskaldt vann i en bolle.
\n2. Kutt av nederste del av aspargesen (der den knekker av seg selv n\u00e5r du b\u00f8yer den) og ha dem i det kokende vannet ca 1 minutt.
\n3. Ha aspargesen direkte over i bollen med kaldt vann ca 2 min og legg over p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenpapir.
\n4. Sett p\u00e5 en panne og en grillpanne p\u00e5 h\u00f8y varme.
\n5. Mens platene varmes kutter du sopp i 4-6 deler og strimler squashen p\u00e5 langs med en osteh\u00f8vel.
\n6. Pensle squash-strimlene og aspargesen med et tynt lag olje f\u00f8r du legger dem i grillpannen, ca 2 min per side, til de har f\u00e5tt tydelige grillmerker (la dem ligge i fred under stekingen).
\n7. Soppen steker du t\u00f8rt i vanlig panne sammen med litt timian. Etter ca 5 min skal soppen ha begynt \u00e5 “rynke” seg. Da har du i 1 ss sm\u00f8r og litt salt og pepper.
\n8. N\u00e5r gr\u00f8nnsakene er ferdigstekt, legger du squashstrimlene p\u00e5 en plate og fordeler aspargesstengene pr strimmel. “Knyt” lett og server med sopp over hver porsjon.
\n9. Dryss gjerne en god olivenolje over f\u00f8r servering. <\/strong><\/p>\n
