\n100 g Kokesjokolade
\n1 ts bakepulver
\n1 st Natron
\n2 ts Vaniljesukker<\/p>\n

\n100 g Bj\u00f8rneb\u00e6r
\n200 g Kremost
\n2 1\/2 dl Kremfl\u00f8te
\n1\/2 dl Melis
\nMarengs og ekstra bj\u00f8rneb\u00e6r til pynt (valgfritt)<\/p>\n


\n1. Sett ovnen p\u00e5 180 *C
\n2. Bland egg og sukker i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin til sukkeret er oppl\u00f8st. Bland alle t\u00f8rre ingredienser i en egen bolle og sikt dette inn i r\u00f8ren i ca tre omganger. I mens smelter du sm\u00f8ret og hakker sjokoladen. Bland sjokoladen inn i det smeltede sm\u00f8ret og vent til det hele er noe avkj\u00f8lt f\u00f8r du har det i sammen med resten av r\u00f8ren. Bland godt men forsiktig.
\n3. Spray en form med formfett eller pensle med olje el sm\u00f8r. (Et bakepapir i bunnen kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re lurt)
\n4. hell r\u00f8ren over i formen og stek midt i ovnen i ca 20-30 minutter. Sjekk at kaken er ferdig ved \u00e5 stikke en trepinne i midten av kaken. N\u00e5r pinnen er ren er kaken klar.
\n5. Avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist i ca 20 min.
\n6. Mens kaken avkj\u00f8les har du fl\u00f8te og kremost i kj\u00f8kkenmaskinen sammen med melis. Pisk dette sammen p\u00e5 lav hastighet til du ser at kremen tykner. Pass p\u00e5 \u00e5 ikke hold p\u00e5 for lenge.
\n7. Ha i mosede bj\u00f8rneb\u00e6r og bland i ca 20 sekunder. Sett kremen i kj\u00f8leskap ca 10 min.
\n8. Del kaken i tre like store deler og fordel kremen jevnt for hvert lag.
\n9. ha et par skjeer med bj\u00f8rneb\u00e6rkrem p\u00e5 topplokket og fyll p\u00e5 med marengs og mer b\u00e6r til pynt.<\/strong><\/p>\n
