Noe av det beste jeg vet er iskrem! Da spesielt de som minner om fyldig, kremet Gelato fra Italia. N\u00e5 har jo hjemmelaget iskrem virkelig skutt fart de senere \u00e5rene og de fleste hjem har en iskremmaskin godt integrert p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenet. Fortvil ei dere som enda ikke har g\u00e5tt til anskaffelse av en sik maskin. Iskrem beh\u00f8ver nemlig ikke v\u00e6re s\u00e5 teknisk avhengig. Du beh\u00f8ver to boller, en elektrisk mikser (om du ikke vi piske kremfl\u00f8ten for h\u00e5nd) en form og en fryser. Smaken bestemmer du selv, da grunnoppskriften er noks\u00e5 “basic”. I dette tilfellet har jeg valgt \u00e5 lage en litt voksen versjon med kaffelik\u00f8r. \u00d8nsker du et mer barnevennlig alternativ, kan du sl\u00f8yfe lik\u00f8ren og blande inn alt fra b\u00e6r, smuldret kjeks el sjokoladebiter.<\/p>\n

Ingredienser til ca 8-10 isskjeer
\nTidsbruk: ca 15 min prep, 1t frysetid<\/p>\n

4 Eggeplommer
\n100 g Brunt sukker
\n1-2 ss Kahlua
\n1 Vaniljestang
\n3 dl Kremfl\u00f8te<\/p>\n


\n1. Ha eggeplommer og sukker i en stor bolle av glass el metall og pisk kontinuerlig over vannbad til kremen tykner. Dette tar ca 5-6 minutter. Gj\u00f8r klar oppvaskkummen med kaldt vann. N\u00e5r kremen har tyknet og begynt \u00e5 gi motstand setter du bollen i det kalde vannet slik at kremen avkj\u00f8les. R\u00f8r litt med jevne mellomrom. Du skal merke at kremen begynner \u00e5 gi litt motstand og blir noks\u00e5 seig.
\n2. Ha kremfl\u00f8te og fr\u00f8ene fra en vaniljestang i en food prosessor og pisk til krem. N\u00e5r eggekremen er avkj\u00f8lt, blander du forsiktig inn kremfl\u00f8te til de to kremene er godt blandet.
\n3. Ha iskremblandingen over i en form med bakepapir og sett i fryseren. Etter ca 30 min r\u00f8rer du et par ganger i formen for at ikke kremen skal krystallisere seg og vaniljefr\u00f8ene ikke synker til bunns. Etter ca 1 time burde isen ha stivnet. <\/p>\n
