Noen ganger \u00f8nsker man at middagen s\u00e5 og si lager seg selv. Da vil jeg anbefale “Bakt s\u00f8tpotet” med bl.a. hjemmelaget urtesm\u00f8r. Denne retten er for s\u00e5 vidt noks\u00e5 takknemlig for en mengde forskjellige tilbeh\u00f8r og kun fantasien setter grenser. Uansett et supert alternativ til enkel middag, porsjonert til tapas med venner eller p\u00e5 grillen til sommeren (da anbefales det \u00e5 ha stekt potetene ferdig i ovnen slik at det bare er \u00e5 varme dem opp p\u00e5 grillen.. ellers kan det fort bli lenge til middag!)<\/p>\n

\n1. Skj\u00e6r et kryss i hver potet og pakk dem inn i folie med krysset opp.
\n2. Legg potetene p\u00e5 rist midt i ovnen (ikke forh\u00e5ndsvarmet!) og sett gradene til ca 225*C.
\n3. La potetene steke i ca 45 min, til de har blitt myke.
\n4. Mens potetene steker lager du kryddersm\u00f8ret. Her kutter du sm\u00f8ret i mindre terninger (det enkleste er \u00e5 benytte et romtemperert eller mykere sm\u00f8r, som Bremykt – ikke margarin!) og finhakker ca 2 ss \u00f8nskede urter (timian, persille, oregano, baasilikum..).
\n5. Bland sm\u00f8rterninger, urter og litt salt i en bolle med en gaffel. N\u00e5r alt er godt blandet legger du sm\u00f8rklumpen p\u00e5 et stykke plastfolie og ruller klumpen inn i folien. Stram til skikkelig p\u00e5 hver side, slik at du f\u00e5r en kompakt p\u00f8lse. Legg i kj\u00f8leskap til avkj\u00f8ling ca 15-20 min.
\n6. N\u00e5r potetene er ferdig stekt, sett dem til avkj\u00f8ling i ca 5-10 minutter (i folien) p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken.
\n7. til servering \u00e5pner du folien og presser fra utsiden og inn, slik at noe av poteten “tyter” opp.
