Noen av de beste m\u00e5ltidene jeg vet om, er de med f\u00e5 ingredienser. De som virkelig bringer frem smaken av r\u00e5varene. Har du v\u00e6rt s\u00e5 heldig \u00e5 f\u00e5 servert pasta i Italia, forst\u00e5r du hva jeg mener! Jeg glemmer aldri mitt livs beste m\u00e5ltid: Spaghetti med muslinger. S\u00e5 enkelt, rent og vidunderlig, nydelig! I utgangspunktet er alt du beh\u00f8ver er en riktig god olivenolje, litt fingersalt og en korrekt kokt pasta, som gir litt motstand n\u00e5r du tygger. Men, noen ganger \u00f8nsker vi oss litt flere smaker, v\u00e6re litt “fancy” og kanskje i imponere v\u00e5re gjester. Det kan da enkelt la seg gj\u00f8re ved \u00e5 tilberede pasta “med en twist” og kombinere med enkle, gode r\u00e5varer. I denne retten har jeg benyttet meg av blekksprutfarget spaghetti og artisjokkhjerter. Fancy, ikke sant?!<\/p>\n

Ingredienser til ca 2 porsjoner
\nTidsbruk: Under 30 min<\/p>\n

200 g Black spaghetti
\n1 ts Salt
\n8-10 Artisjokkhjerter (i olje)
\nGod jomfru olivenolje
\nParmesanost og basilikum (hvis \u00f8nskelig)<\/p>\n


\n1. Kok opp vann i en stor kjele. \u00e5r vannet koker skrur du ned til middel-h\u00f8y varme og har i salt og pasta. Sm\u00e5kokes i ca 8-9 minutter til spaghettien er “al dente”.
\n2. Ta artisjokkhjertene ut av oljen og legg p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenpapir, sik at overfl\u00f8dig olje renner av.
\n3. Sl\u00e5 av vannet av pastaen n\u00e5r den er ferdig, og ha over litt jomfruolivenolje, lik at den ikke kleber seg for mye.
\n4. Vend forsiktig inn artisjokkhjertene og server med et dryss av fingersalt og god olivenolje.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tips!
\nDet mest av kj\u00f8tt, fisk og fugl smaker godt til, dersom det er \u00f8nskelig med et slikt tilbeh\u00f8r. Krydre da med salt og pepper (for ikke \u00e5 dominere smakene for mye)stek og skj\u00e6r opp i mindre biter f\u00f8r servering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
