I andre tilfeller \u00f8nsker man \u00e9n rett per pers. Dette er en enkel rett som passer for begge anledninger. Super plukk-mat eller en perfekt forrett. Sammen med litt godt br\u00f8d, det v\u00e6re seg surdeigsbr\u00f8d, croissant, baguetter, breadsticks etc, vil dette trigge smaksl\u00f8kene til enhver oste-elsker. Bon appetit!<\/p>\n

\nTidsbruk under 30 min<\/p>\n

1 Camembert (i treboks, evt pakkes i bakepapir)
\n1\/4 ts Timian
\n1 Klype salt
\n1\/4 ts Ros\u00e9-pepper
\n1 Fedd hvitl\u00f8k
\nBakepapir
\nHyssing
\nGodt br\u00f8d, surdeigsbr\u00f8d, croissant, baguette, breadsticks etc<\/p>\n


\n1. Skru ovnen p\u00e5 200*C.
\n2. Pakk ut Camembert av pakken. Hvis du har ost av den typen som kommer i en liten treboks, legger du osten tilbake i denne uten evt folie p\u00e5. Har du ost uten denne treboksen, tar du av innpakningen og legger osten p\u00e5 en tilklippet kvadrat med bakepapir, ca 10 cm bredere enn selve osten. Skj\u00e6r av det \u00f8verste lokket og legg osten i senter og ta tak i hvert hj\u00f8rne av bakepapiret. Pakk ostens kanter inn i bakepapiret og surr en hyssing rundt og knyt for \u00e5 holde papiret p\u00e5 plass. Ostens overflate skal ikke v\u00e6re dekket av papir. (Har du en ildfast dessertform som passer i st\u00f8rrelsen, kan du fint benytte denne i stedet.)
\n3. Rens skallet av hvitl\u00f8ksfeddet og del det p\u00e5 langs i tre-fire deler. Stikk disse ned i osten og str\u00f8 over fersk eller t\u00f8rket timian, salt og ros\u00e9-pepper.
\n4. Sett osten p\u00e5 rist midt i ovnen i ca 10-15 min. Osten er klar n\u00e5r den har bl\u00e5st seg opp og fyllet er flytende.
\n5. Server med en gang!<\/strong><\/p>\n
