For \u00e5 holde motivasjonen oppe i en m\u00f8rk og v\u00e5t m\u00e5ned, er det da ekstra viktig at maten vi har i oss smaker godt! Denne retten passer perfekt til lunsj eller som middag sammen med en frisk salat og tzatziki! Sm\u00f8rdeig er kanskje ikke av det mest figurvennlige, men en liten porsjon med en gener\u00f8s porsjon salat ved siden av gir alle lov til \u00e5 kose seg litt!<\/p>\n

\n1. Sett ovnen p\u00e5 225*C og ta ut to plater butterdeig fra den frosne forpakningen og la de tine p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken til de er myke.
\n2. Mens platene tiner lager du blandingen av persille, hvitl\u00f8k, olje, eddik og sitronskall (obs! Tre-4 sm\u00e5 raps av sitron holder, ellers vil sitronen sette veldig preg p\u00e5 resten av retten). En liten klype salt og pepper.
\n3. Skyll av squashen og kutt 2\/3 av denne i tynne skiver (ca 0.5 cm tykke).
\n4. Legg butterdeigplatene opp\u00e5 hverandre, ha litt mel p\u00e5 benken og kjevle ut til dobbel flatest\u00f8rrelse (skal v\u00e6re ca 0.5 cm tykk) og legg p\u00e5 plate med bakepapir.
\n5. Sm\u00f8r persilleblandingen utover hele flaten av butterdeigen og smuldre over hele fetaoststykket.
\n6. Legg squashbitene over laget av fetaost, i rader som overlapper hverandre. Ha cherrytomatene i en liten ildfast form el. lignende. legg i en-to stilker timian og dryss over med litt olivenolje, en klype salt og pepper. Settes p\u00e5 stekebrettet sammen med paien.
\n7. Stekes midt i ovnen i ca 15-20 min, til paien har f\u00e5tt en gyllen farge og er spr\u00f8 p\u00e5 undersiden. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
